We accept payments made by debit/credit card or checks. All our services are subject to the NYS sales tax (8.875%).

• All standard walks/hikes, sleepovers, and boardings must be paid within 3 days of receiving an invoice, after those visits were completed.
• Monthly Walk/Hike Packages must be paid in full before walks/hikes begin.
• Quarterly Walk/Hike Packages can be paid in full or in 2 installments over the course of 2 weeks. The first payment must be made before walks/hikes begin; The second payment must be made within 2 weeks of the first payment.
• Training packages must be paid 50% in advance, and 50% on their completion.
