We are a small, dedicated team of NYC dog walkers offering personalized dog services since 2002. We are committed to our clients and to providing the best possible care for their dogs.
We specialize in providing regular, small-group dog walks, with no more than three friendly dogs at a time, grouped based on their temperament, exercise needs, duration of service, and geographic location. With our dog walking service, you can set it and forget it, knowing your pup’s needs are being met. Or, you can be more involved by communicating with us at any time for questions, concerns, support, and advice.
Dog walkers from our team are actively serving Chelsea, Greenwich Village, Soho, Tribeca, East Village, Gramercy, and nearby areas.

Our dog walkers are active and fit, always ready to play ball in the dog park or power walk with pups along the Hudson River. Young or old, we personalize our walks to meet the exercise needs of every dog.

We form close bonds with all our pups and their parents, and we encourage this important relationship by assigning a primary NYC dog walker to all our regular clients.
Frequently Asked Questions
We make it a priority to designate a primary walker for each of our dogs, particularly for clients who have a consistent schedule. However, we also require the flexibility to allocate different walkers when needed. Our team is fairly small, so typically, our dogs become familiar with only two or three members of our team.

We generally walk dogs in small groups of no more than three dogs at a time. Individual walks are reserved for our current clients and are offered in special circumstances, such as when a dog is unwell or has a contagious condition.

Whether we walk a dog on the streets or take them to a dog run is a client’s choice.
We’re big fans of the city’s dog parks and would recommend everyone take their dogs there at least a few times per week… if not every day. Dog runs provide a unique opportunity for dogs to play off-leash, and interact with various other dogs and humans, which has tremendous benefits to their mental and physical well-being.
Each member of our dog-walking team is an experienced dog professional, skilled in navigating tough situations and committed to our dogs’ safety. However, it’s worth noting that dog parks can have their own set of uncertainties. Clients should be aware and accepting of the associated risks.

The majority of our customers give us two sets of keys. One set stays with the primary walker, and the second (the backup) stays in our UPS mailbox.
For clients that live in doorman buildings, we prefer that the keys stay with their doorman.

We are bonded and insured through Pet Sitters Associates. Our insurance covers all NYC Doggies dog walkers and offers protection against any damage to your home, property or pets while in our care.

In our initial Zoom meeting, we will discuss all the details regarding our dog walking service and can also provide you with a list of some of our clients whom we’ll encourage you to contact.

Our hours of operation are:
- Weekdays: 9 AM to 6 PM
- Weekends: 10 AM to 3 PM
- Holidays: 10 AM to 3 PM
We do our best to accommodate our clients’ needs, and usually, we can handle last-minute requests during our working hours. For weekends or holidays, to increase the likelihood of our availability, we ask that walks be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Walks in a package can only be scheduled during our work hours (9AM to 6PM), on a weekday, but not on a holiday.
Walks in a package scheduled during your reserved time slot, have a pick-up window of 1 hour. Walks in a package that are moved to a different time slot from the one you reserved, have a pick-up window of 2 hours.
All Walk Packages must be paid in advance.
If the walks included in your prepaid package are exhausted, additional walks can be scheduled, during a weekday but not on a holiday, at the same rate, until the end date of your prepaid package.
If you have not used up all your included walks at the end of your prepaid package, the extra cost will not be reimbursed.
Quarterly Packages can be paid in 2 installments over the course of 2 weeks. The first payment must be made before walks begin; The second payment must be made within 2 weeks of the first payment.
Monthly Packages must be paid in full before walks begin.
A Walking Package canceled before its end date will incur one of the following cancellation fees:
- $50 for a Monthly Package
- $120 for a Quarterly Package
- $360 for a Yearly Package
Additionally, all the walks that were provided, along with all the other services that were discounted (i.e. hiking/boarding discounts), will be recalculated at our Standard Walk rates. The remaining balance will be reimbursed as follows:
- Monthly Package: one installment, within a week of the client’s request;
- Quarterly Package: in two equal installments, at most two weeks apart; the first installment will be paid within a week of the client’s request;
- Yearly Package: in three equal installments, at most 1 month apart; the first installment will be paid within a week of the client’s request.
In the event of death or new permanent illness/injury of the dog, packages may be canceled by the client without incurring fees and will be fully refunded per the above schedule.
In the event of a temporary injury of the dog, that occurred during a walk with us, packages may also be canceled by the client without incurring fees and will be fully refunded per the above schedule.
In the event of a temporary injury of the dog, that did not occur during a walk with us, canceled packages will incur the cancellation fee described above.
